Remember your task is not to judge right or wrong.  Like Sandel  your analysis ought to consider each framework critically which does leave room for your own point of view.  For example we get the feeling that Sandel is not a huge supporter of utilitarianism because of two objections:1.  Individual Rights get trampled when you only weigh what most people like and 2) Reducing ethical choices to common currency of value makes robot-like decisions about things that really matter: Love Beauty Kindness Compassion Decency Brotherhood Sisterhood and so forth.
